The food was so delicious I completely forgot to take a picture until this was all that was left. 😂🍽️ ☕️ Coffee: 10/10 🥪 Sandwich: 10/10 💯 Customer Service: 100/100 Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be back! 🤎✨

Stopped by a local coffee shop to give it a try, but the experience was disappointing. Their online menu wasn’t up to date, and when I asked for recommendations, the cashier wasn’t very helpful. After placing my order and giving my name as Hannah, they called out “Tiana.” I was confused because those names sound nothing alike. The drink matched what I ordered, so I asked the cashier if it was mine, but she just looked at me without responding. Thankfully, the barista stepped in and assured me that if the order matched, it was for me. Customer service really does make all the difference. It’s 2026, and I’ll be heading back to Starbucks, where I’ve consistently felt welcomed. The shop was cute and it looked like the type of place I’d stay and work from but not after that experience. Update: Confusion over the name is a crazy response by the team. For anyone that knows me personally and works with me or in my building, coffee is on me if you choose not to go here!

Blue Door in Houston is a great little spot for coffee. The coconut muffin was really delicious with solid flavor, though it was a little dry. The cappuccino was delicious and perfectly balanced with the right coffee notes and cream. The americano was well presented and did not taste bitter at all. Service was amazing and the staff were ever so hospitable. The atmosphere felt very welcoming, the kind of place you can settle into, even if it was a tad cold in temperature. I am giving Blue Door 5 stars and would recommend it for a quality coffee stop in Houston.

I make a point to stop by Blue Door whenever I drive from Dallas to visit my daughter in The Woodlands, and it never disappoints. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, and they take the time to clearly walk you through the specials, which I always appreciate. The coffee is excellent…easily the standout for me, and their seasonal drinks are always worth trying. On my last visit, I ordered the Pandan Latte (iced), and it was phenomenal…unique, beautifully balanced, and just as pretty as it was delicious. I’ve also noticed how responsive the staff is if a drink needs to be corrected—they handle it quickly and graciously, which really speaks to their level of care and customer service. I also ordered the blueberry lavender muffin, and all the flavors were delightful, there was only a couple of blueberries in it. More blueberries would’ve been fantastic.

I am a regular at this coffee shop. Been going for about a year and have had many coffees and matchas and have bought friends over to buy drinks as well. Typically the baristas are accommodating and welcoming. This time when I went, I saw my friend order a specific drink and went to the barista to order the exact same drink. My friend got a seasonal drink that had substituted coffee with matcha, I asked for the EXACT SAME DRINK with the EXACT SAME SUBSTITUTION. The baristas promptly replied that they could not make the drink due to not being able to input it into the system. I bought up that two of my friends got the exact same thing and they said the drink can only be made as a coffee and not as a matcha, which I have never experienced at a coffee store that also serves matcha. I would have been ok with adding an extra charge for this substitution, but the baristas said it wasn’t possible as my friends were sipping on the same drink. Later my friend asks for the same substitution, and the barista that told me no and refused to make it for me, makes it for her. Its incredibly disrespectful to treat your customers differently based on who's ordering. Even though I have been a loyal
